The SuperFox Plumbing and Electrical website and phone line are operated by JR Digital Services (ABN 15 677 761 787). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the type of job, how urgent it is, your description of the job, any photos you upload and, if you choose to give it, your email address. When you call 08 6800 6079, your call is answered by an AI digital assistant that records the details you give about your job so a tradesperson can call you back. We do not ask for financial information or identity documents.

How we use and share it

We use your details to pass your enquiry to one independent local tradesperson who does the type of work you need in your area, so they can contact you, discuss the job and quote. That tradesperson handles your information under their own privacy obligations. We also keep a record of your enquiry in our customer management system so we can follow up if needed. We do not sell your details, and we do not send them to multiple businesses or to marketers.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use this website. These services set cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed and device type. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Storage and security

Enquiries, call details and uploaded photos are stored with our service providers, who may hold data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by calling us on 08 6800 6079 or through our contact form. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
