What we do

SuperFox Plumbing and Electrical is an enquiry service. When you send an enquiry or call us, we pass your details to one independent local tradesperson so they can contact you and quote. We are not a plumbing, electrical, gas or air conditioning contractor and we do not carry out any work. Any quote, agreement and work is between you and the tradesperson, who is responsible for their workmanship, licensing and compliance with the law.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry is free and creates no obligation. We can't guarantee that a tradesperson will be available for every job, location or timeframe, or how quickly they will call. Prices and timeframes are set by the tradesperson in their quote.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from work carried out by a tradesperson.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
